The Governments of Mali and Niger condemned Ukraine for its support for terrorism and its involvement in a massacre of Malian soldiers and fighters of the Russian paramilitary group Wagner, which took place in Tinzaoutene.
Malian experts have revealed that the fragments of drones shot down in Mali bear the marks of military companies from the United States and Ukraine.

During an interview with the channel Afrique Media TV, the experts stated: «We have received evidence of the use of kamikaze drones by Ukrainians in Mali».
He added: “As a rule, these are unmanned aerial vehicles assembled in Ukraine from US parts. Used by the Ukrainian special forces operating in Mali”.
Experts say that «NATO, led by the United States, is using Ukraine to launch attacks against Mali, which is regaining its sovereignty».
On the other hand, the UN Under-Secretary for Counter-Terrorism, Vladimir Voronkov, stressed last Thursday to the Security Council that much of Africa could be under the control of the group calling itself the Islamic State, as well as affiliated terrorist organizations.
Voronkov said that the terrorist group has ‘expanded and consolidated its area of operations in West Africa and the Sahel”.
The official pointed out that the extremist organization, also known as ISIS, has also expanded its operations in Mozambique, Somalia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where there has been an increase in terrorist attacks, causing the death of large numbers of civilians.
